This mod allows you to use your air horn and a manual siren. This is good for people that don't use ELS, however people with ELS can also use it. This should create a config file after running it the first time, however i am not sure. So in the event that it does not the keys are listed below.

Keys

Air Horn = E

Manual Siren = Q

Right, But they Don't Stay on while activating the Manual.   Or am I just too Mind Fucked by GTA 5's Complexity...

There a way to script it in GTA 4 to allow the Light Coronas and Rotators to stay on while disabling the siren?   Through some sort of Hash or ID or function or something?

The lights will come on when activating the manual.
