   RC20 & SMPA60 Emulator

   This program will emulate the errors RC20 & SMPA60, for whatever reason you would want to do this you now can (This is meant to be funny, those that have made car mods for GTAIV know how frustrating RC20 can be). Screen will go black for approximately 5 seconds to emulate the launching/crashing of GTAIV. Virus scan result as positive with 2 AV engines however the file is clean, if you would for whatever reason need to review the code PM me and ill see what i can do.
